I woulc% appreciate your ing this new sub - division. I believe this area as the 100 block on South Main Street. -rly surveyed by Reg - Creating Lot A, Tract 'the City of Euless, accepting and approv- would be designated I feel that these requests hold a very important position in the future development of our community. Dr. Manuel 0. Slaughter, who now owns the ?Ridway Medical Center in Irving, Texas and Dr, M. D. Faul, now connected with the Dr. Chas. Bloom Clinic in Glaciewater, Texas have made all of the necessary arrangments to build and equipt as modern a clinic as exists at the present in either Dallas or Ft. Worth, with modern X- Ray Laboratory and, also, a modern Clinical Laboratory, with a Gra.uate Medical Technician in charge of these laboratories. The building is being built sufficiently lar 'ge enough at the present time to care for three doctors eventially. I feel this very fine clinic is truly an asset to our community. The building proper is to be constructed of brick and stone, with paved 'off- street parking ample for all of their patient's 'cars. I humbly ask that you please consider and accept these two requests. Then I ask that you submit this letter and these requests to the Euless City Council with yoiir recommendations that the requests be accepted by them so this clinic may become a reality and a permanent part of this ci ty ' s future.
