AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "C -2"
COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "L -1" LIMITED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO
APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING
MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the City
of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read as
follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "C -2" Community Business District be changed to "L -1"
Limited Industrial District.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
John Groves Survey, A -599, Tarrant County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING about west a distance of 1281.2 feet, north a
distance of 30.0 feet, and N 00 31' E a distance of 753.62
feet from the southeast corner of the said John Groves Survey;
THENCE S 670 19' W a distance of 244.99 feet;
THENCE 00 31' E a distance of 326.39 feet to the southerly
right -of -way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE N 670 19' E along the southerly right -of -way line of
said State Highway No. 183 a distance of 238.05 feet;
THENCE S 00 13' W a distance of 147.96 feet;
THENCE S 890 51' E a distance of 5.6 feet;
THENCE S 00 31' W a distance of 175.74 feet to place of beginning
containing 1.667 acres or 72,601 square feet of land more or less
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated June 21, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 290."

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 14th day of August, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED
AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 28th
day of August, 1979, by a vote of �— ayes and 0 nays.
