AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347
IDENTIFIED AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE
OF ZONING FROM "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT
TO "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT WITH A
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A USED CAR LOT;
PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF LAND
TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS;
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE CATE.
-BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
BEGINNING in the North line of State Highway No. 183 and
being N 89000' E a distance of 310.0 feet and S 1000' E a
distance of 201.0 feet from an iron pipe in the East line of
EULESS GARDENS ADDITION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE N 54030' E along the North line of said State Highway
No. 183 a distance of 60.3 feet to an iron rod at the intersection
of the North line of said State Highway No. 183 with the West
line of Vine Street;

THENCE N 1 23' W along the West line of said Vine Street a
distnace of 166.85 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 890 00' W a distance of 48.6 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S l0 00' E a distance of 201.0 feet to place of
beginning, containing 9047 square feet of land more or less;
as specifically set forth in the development plans as submitted by
Applicant dated December 5, 1979, which development plan is on file in
the City of Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 301.
Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more
than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be
permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by
Ordinance No. 347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and
Statutes of the State of Texas.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 8th day of January, 1980, GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 22nd day of January, 1980, by a vote of 3 ayes, 0 nays,
and 0 abstentions.
