AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM ''R -1"
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT AND "C -2" COMMUNITY
BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT
OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED
PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
That the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District and "C -2"
Community Business District be changed to "PD" Planned Development
District on property described as follows:
Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being out of the T. Jasper Survey,
Abstract 861, and being part of a 35.74 acre tract of land as
recorded in Volume 6387, Page 202, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas; and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point for corner in the southerly right -of -way line
of State Highway 183, said point also being the northeasterly corner
of Tract 5D1 as recorded in Volume 6735, Page 328, of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 890 53' 40" East along said southerly right -of -way
line of State Highway 183 a distance of 350.00 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE South Oo 51' 30" East a distance of 525:00 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE South 890 53' 40" West a distance of 739.87 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North Oo 51' 30" West a distance of 98.78 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North 890 41' 09" East a distance of 389.85 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE North 00 51' 30" West a distance of 424.80 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 222,519 square feet, more or
less, or 5.1083 acres.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated February 18, 1980, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 305•

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
