Euless City Council
June 19, 1962
The called meeting of the Euless City
Council was held on June 19,. 1962. Present were Mayor J. S. Anderson,
Councilmen Billy Byers, Roy Braswell, Bobby Fuller, I M. Huffman, and
Billy Owens.
Also present was Charter Gnmi s s i on member
Richard E. Gregory.
The purpose of the meeting was a public
hearing called by the Euless City Council to discuss the proposed Hm-r Rule
Charter. (Election to be held July 21, 1962.)
The public hearing adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
The second purpose of the meeting was for
consideration of the plat of Lots 7 through 17, Block 11, Wilshire Village,
Section No. 2.
A motion was mace by Councilman Byers, and
seconded by Councilman Huffman, to approve the plat as presented. Four
members voted for the motion and Councilmen Braswell abstained. The motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned.
