was held on July 21, 1962.

Against adoption of Home Rule Charter ------ 62
A motion was made by Councilman Owens, and
seconded by Councilman Fuller, that the election returns, as submitted by
the Election Judge and canvassed by the City Council, be approved and that
the Home Rule Charter, as presented to the voters, is hereby adopted. The
vote in favor was unanimous.
