AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16, SECTION 16 -6
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF EULESS,
MONTHLY CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICES;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS:
SECTION 1: That the schedule of monthly rates and charges for water
service furnished or caused to be furnished by the City as set out in Chapter 16, Section
16 -6 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Euless, be and the same hereby is amended as
follows:
Water Service for All Users
Base Rate ............................ $6.00 for first 2,000 Gallons of Water Used
Rate per 1,000 gallons .......... $1.25 after first 2,000 Gallons
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any
provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 14th day of September, 1982, by a vote of 3 ayes, 2 nays, and 0
abstentions.
GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED, AND APPROVED at a regular meeting
of the Euless City Council on the 28th day of September, 1982, by a vote of 3 ayes,
2 nays, and 0 abstentions.
