Called Meeting
Euless City Council
October 6, 1962
A called meeting of the Euless City Council
was held on October 6, 1962. Present were Mayor J. S. Anderson, Councilmen
Roy Braswell, Billy Byers, Bobby Fuller, and H. M. Huffman.
The purpose of this called meeting was to
consider the recommendationsof the Planning and Zoning Commission.

A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and
seconded by Councilman Huffman, to adopt Resolution No. 57 which, upon
recommendation of approval by the City Planning and Zoning Commission, calls a public hearing for October 23, 1962, at 8:OO p.m. on the request of Ray Woods
for rezoning his property on Highway No. 157 to District "A-3" for apartments.

103.) Three Councilmen voted
in favor of this motion and Councilman Braswell abstained. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and
seconded by Councilman Fuller, to adopt Resolution No. 56, which, upon
recommendation of approval by the City Planning and Zoning Commission, calls a
public hearing for October 23, 1962, at 8:OO p.m. on the request of Rayford Young
for rezoning his property on Skyway Drive to District "A-3" for apartments.

unanimous.
