AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
PORTION OF WOODRIDGE CIRCLE IN THE
MORRISDALE ADDITON
IN THE CITY OF EULESS;
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, after careful
study and consideration, has determined that the portion of
Woodridge Circle, a public street hereinafter specifically des-
cribed, is not being used by, nor useful, nor convenient to the
public in general; therefore, it constitutes a public charge
without a corresponding public benefit, and the public would be
better served and benefited by its vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The portion of Woodridge Circle situated in the Morrisdale
Addition in the City of Euless, particularly described in
Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof for all intents
and purposes, is hereby vacated and abandoned as a public
street.
II.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 10th day of April, 1984.
GIVEN SECOND AND FINAL READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 24th day of April, 1984, by a vote of
ayes, 0 nays, and 0_ abstentions.

of the above named street particularly described in Exhibit No. I, attached. In support of this
application, the undersigned represent and warrant the following:

suits, costs, expenses, and damages th;ul, unny arise or grow out of surh Vacation and

vacation;

of Woodridge Circle, MORRISDALE ADDITION, an addition to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 26 of Volume 388 -36 in the Tarrant County Plat Records
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Block 6, said
MORRISDALE ADDITION and being in the West right -of -way line
of said Woodridge Circle;
THENCE N 1° 25' E along the East line of said Lot 12, Block 6,
said MORRISDALE ADDITION and along the West right -of -way line of
said Woodridge Circle a distance of 2.0 feet;
THENCE N 89° 10' E a distance of 50.0 feet to the East
right -of -way line of said Woodridge Circle and being in the
