Planning & Zoning Commission
November 17, 1981
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7: 30 p .m. in the Council Chambers of Euless
City Hall by Chairman Deithloff.

INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Mrs . Norma Runyon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the regular meeting dated November 3, 1981,
were approved with the following corrections : On page 1,
Mr. Gibson needs to be shown as absent and Mr. Williamson
as present. On pages 3 & 4, Mr. Gibson's name needs to be
replaced with Mr. Williamson' s . The last sentence on page 4
should read, "Chairman Deithloff stated that if there were
no further comments, the meeting was adjourned. "

CONSIDER PLATTING - REPLATTING OF
LOTS 27R, 28-35, BLOCK E AND LOTS
1R, 2-7, BLOCK F, WOODCREEK ADDITION
Mr. Bruce French of L & N Land, Inc. , represented Nash-Phillips-
IC: Copus in making the request for replatting to allow the construc-
tion of quadraplexes .

Mr. Williamson made a motion to recommend approval of the
replatting of Lots 27R, 28-35, Block E and Lots 1R, 2-7,
Block F, Woodcreek Addition, subject to the City Engineer' s
letter dated November 12 , 1981.
Mr. McMillon seconded the motion, and the vote was as follows :
Ayes : Messrs . Williamson, McMillon, Gibson, Huston,
Deithloff and Mrs . Runyon
Nays : None
Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7: 40 p.m.
