December 21, 1982
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called to order at 7:35
p.m. in the Council Chambers of Euless City Hall by Chairman John Deithloff.

INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Mr. Robert McMillon.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the regular meeting dated December 7, 1982, were approved as written.
I.
CONSIDER PLATTING - FINAL PLATTING OF NORTHGATE ADDITION-PHASE I &II,
LOCATED SOUTH OF GLADE ROAD, EAST OF QUAIL RUN ESTATES, WEST OF
NORTH MAIN STREET AND NORTH OF SAGEPOINT ADDITION
Mr. Lane Cavin, Civil Engineer for Dunaway & Associates, made himself available for
any questions regarding the Final Plat.

After minimal discussion about the reduction in density being proposed, as mentioned
in James Knight's letter of December 16, 1982, Mr. Williamson made a motion to
recommend approval of the Final Plat of Northgate Addition-Phase I & II, subject to
the aforementioned letter dated December 16, 1982.
Mr. McMillon seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. McMillon, Deithloff, Williamson
Nays: None
Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried.
II.
CONSIDER PLATTING - FINAL PLATTING OF TALL TIMBERS ADDITION, LOCATED
WEST OF FULLER-WISER ROAD, EAST OF NORTH MAIN STREET, SOUTH OF EAST
ASH LANE AND NORTH OF HARWOOD ROAD
Mr. Pete Hennessey of Hennessey Engineering, representing the Thomes Corporation,
presented the Final Plat of the Tall Timbers Addition.
After a discussion of James Knight's letter dated December 16, 1982, Mr. Hennessey
agreed to comply with all four items enumerated in the aforementioned letter.
Mr. McMillon made a motion to recommend approval of the Final Plat of the Tall
Timbers Addition subject to James Knight's letter dated December 16, 1982.
Mr. Williamson seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Messrs. Deithloff, McMillon, Williamson
Nays: None
Chairman Deithloff declared the motion carried.
III.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55
p.m.
