AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
PORTION OF CROWE DRIVE IN THE BELL RANCH
TERRACE ADDITION IN THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, after careful
study and consideration, has determined that the portion of Crowe
Drive, a public street hereinafter specifically described, is not
being used by, nor useful, nor convenient to the public in
general; therefore, it constitutes a public charge without a
corresponding public benefit, and the public would be better
served and benefited by its vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION I
The portion of Crowe Drive situated in the Bell Ranch Terrace
Addition, in the City of Euless, particularly described in
Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes, in hereby vacated and abandoned as a public
street.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall become effective immediately from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AMID GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council, on the 12th day of August , 1986,
by a vote of 3 ayes, 2 nays, and 0 abstentions.
GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED, AND APPROVED at a eguI meeting
of the Euless City Council on the o1&'Y day of u v f 1986,
by a vote of �'� ayes, �2 nays, and �_ abstentions.
