Owens, H. M. Huffman, Roy Braswell, and Bobby Fuller. Mr. W. E. Smith, Tax Assessor and Collector was present. Mayor Fuller emphasized the fact t h a t the Council is an elected body
and is responsible t o the citizens of Euless and t h a t he, Mr. Smith, is an employee of the Council, and t h a t it would be proper for him t o advise the City Council o f any action
t h a t his department wishes to take and receive from the Council their approval or disapproval. Mr. Smith was very apologetic i n his not advising the City Council prior t o the sending
out of notices of the increased property evaluation and assured the City Council t h a t in the future he would keep them informed and advised of any recommended changes. P The meeting
