Proposed legislation related to closed sessions and economic development
Parking along Simmons Drive
Visibility of "No Right on Red" sign at Ash Lane and Fuller Wiser
- Status of Main Street bridge reconstruction
Honoring Officer David S. Hofer
- Midtown Express construction
o Status of restaurants displaced by construction
- Residential speed limits, specifically Harris Drive
Traffic signal timing at FM 157 and SH 183
Trap, neuter and release program for feral cats (Mid Cities Community Cats)
Sidewalks on Ash Lane at Chittam
Water meter replacements
Parks and Community services activities
Mike Collins presented a development update including Glade Parks, Founders Parc
(Midtown), Kroger expansion, John Peter Smith medical office, Gala at Oakcrest, proposed
senior housing development at Glade and SH 121, and new residential development.
The Mayor and City Council expressed their appreciation to those in attendance for their
questions and comments.
