We have nothing but good reports concerning each of these companies, and it has been extremely difficult to narrow the field down to one recommendation. We are recommending Eppler, Guerin & Turner, Incorporated of Dallas, Texas, primarily because we felt their experience in servicing the needs of our Hurst - Euless- Bedford Independent School District for a number of years could be of some additional value. We express our appreciation for the opportunity to be of service and trust you feel free to call us at any time we may be helpful. Yours sincerely, /s/ Blease Tibbets /s/ James B.
