EULESS CITY COUNCIL
ON
APRIL 3, 1982
GALL TO ORDER.
A caii.ed meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 7:45
P.M., Saturday, April 3, 1982, in the Council Chambers of the Euless Municipal
Building, by Mayor Harold D, Samuels. Councilmem.bers present were Mayor Pro
Terri Willie Mae McCormick, a.rzr Councilmen Glenn Walker, Robert Pippin, Ron
Ste:rnfeis, and Bob Eden.

CANVASS ELECTION RESULTS
Mayor Samuels advised those in attendance that the purpose of this called
'meeting was to canvass the elections results of the municipal election held this
date.
There were two hundred absentee ballots printed, with twenty-five
persons voting absentee.
Mayor Samuels recognized Howard Wilkinson, Election judge, who
presented the election results. Out of 13,072 registered voters in the City of
Euless, 1,110 votes were cast at this election. A breakdown of the vote is as
follows:
Council Place One: Robert M. Pippin 866
Council Place Three: Glenn D. Walker 828
Council Place Five: Ron Sternfe is 791

Mayor Samuels expressed the City Council's appreciation for Howard and
Dorothy Wilkinson and the election clerks who assisted them for their time in
conducting the d ^ 60
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 800 D.M.
