DEAR HONORABLE MEMBERS OF THE ABOVE LISTED GOVERNING BODIES:
This report is submitted in accordance with the state statues, which require the City of
Euless to submit an annual report to the chief executive officer of each taxing unit that
levies taxes on property within the reinvestment zone pursuant to the Tax Increment
Financing Act.
As of September 30, 1998, no revenue has been collected or deposited to the tax increment
fund for the benefit of Reinvestment Zone Number One. Accordingly, there has also been
no expenditures from this fund and no bonds have been issued.
The current assessed value of the property has not exceeded the assessed value of the
property in the year in which the Zone was designated. Therefore, no value has yet been
attributed to the Tax Increment Financing District.
