CALL TO ORDER
A called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order
at 6:05 P.M., Tuesday, November.5, .1985, in th,e,C.o,uncil Chambers
of the Euless Municipal Building, by Mayor Harold D. Samuels.
Councilmembers in attendance were Mayor Pro -Tem Glenn Walker,
Councilmen Bob Eden, and Ron :Sternfels. Counci.lmem•be.rs absent
were Robert Pippin and Caro..yn -Park.

ITEM 1: CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO.
864
Mr. Walker ;roved to declare an emergency and approve on first
and final reading Ordinance No. 864, authorizing the issuance
of City of Euless General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series
1985-A, dated November.15, 1985, approving and authorizing the
execution of a Purchase Contract and a Special Escrow Agreement
. pd the approval . arad distribution of an Official Statement.
Mr. Sternfels seconded the motion.
Ayes: Messrs. Walker, Sternfels, and Eden
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion carried.

ITEM 2: CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 85-611
Mr. Sternfels moved to approve •Resolution No. 85 -611, approving
and authorizing the execution of a "Paying Agent /Registrar
Agreement," in relation to said bonds.
Mr. Eden seconded the motion.
Ayes: Messrs. Sternfels, Eden, and Walker
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion - carried.
ITEM .3: CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 85 -612
Mr. Eden moved to approve Resolution No. 85 -612, providing for
the redemption of certain outstanding bonds of the City and
resolving other matters incident and related to the redemption
of such bonds.
Mr. Walker seconded the motion.
Ayes: Messrs. Eden, Walker, and Sternfels
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council the
meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
