Chambers of the Euless Municipal Building by Mayor Harold D. Samuels to consider .sider an ordinance denying a requests rate in- crease and approving an existing rate schedule to be charged by Texas Utilities Electric Company. Kay Hoffman and. other interested parties OLD BUSINESS ITEM NO I.: CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO 1023 Mr, Eden moved to approve Ordinance No. 1023 on an emergency basis denying a requested rate increase and approving existing rat schedules to be charged by Texas Utilities Electric Company. Mrs. Saleh seconded the motion. Ayes: Messrs. Baker, Douglass, Eden and Mrs. Saleh Nays: None Mayor Samuels declared the motion. carried. 1990-087 Euless City Council Emergency Meeting May 17, 1990-Page Two Mayor Samuels announced that a public briefing would be given by the United States Army Corps of Engineers tonight at 7:00 pt in the Council Chambers regarding the Corps report on the Sulphur Branch Drainage Project- AWOURIDIEWr There being no further business before the City Council, the emergency meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
