A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE DETERMINATION THAT NO
UPDATE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
OR IMPACT FEES IS NEEDED
WHEREAS, the City of Euless updated and adopted water and wastewater impact
fees by Ordinance No. 1992 in 2013; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code provides a
procedure to be used when a determination is made that no update of capital
improvement plan, land use assumptions, or impact fees is needed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Euless has concluded that the land use assumptions
related to the service area and projections of land uses, densities, and population in the
service area have not changed and the capital improvements plan for which impact fees
may be assessed has not changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The City of Euless has made the determination that no update to its land use
assumptions, capital improvements plan or impact fees is needed.
2. The procedures mandated by Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government
Code to make such a determination will be followed.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
August 29, 2017 by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 , nays, and 0 abstentions.
