The City Council of the City of Euless met in Executive Session with the
City Council Members of the Cities of Irving and Grapevine to discuss
pending litigation as authorized by V.T.C.S. Art. 6252-17, Sec. 2 (e) on
Thursday, January 23, 1992, at 3:00 p.m. in the First Floor Meeting Room
of the Irving Library on Irving Boulevard in the City of Irving, Texas.
Euless City Council Members and Staff attending included:
Mayor Pro Tem Mary Lib Saleh
Councilman Frank Douglass
Councilman Todd Smith
Councilman Bobby Baker
Councilman Peter Staks
City Manager Tom Hart
Assistant City Manager Kay Godbey
Assistant to the City Manager Steve Norwood
City Secretary Susan Crim
Attorneys present included:
Eliot Cutler, Cutler & Stanfield

Mayor Pro Tem Saleh called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. Councilman
Baker moved to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss pending
litigation as authorized by V.T.C.S. Art. 6252-17, Sec. 2 (e). The
motion was seconded by Councilman Staks and carried by unanimous vote.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Councilman Douglass moved to
adjourn. The motion was seconded by Councilman Smith, and Mayor Pro Tem
Saleh declared the meeting adjourned.
