EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council of the City of Euless met in Executive Session to
discuss pending litigation as authorized by V.T.C.S. Art. 6252-17, Sec.
2 (e) on Monday, March 30, 1992, at 3:00 p.m. in the Administration
Building Conference Room at Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive.
Euless City Council Members and Staff attending included:
Mayor Harold Samuels
Councilman Frank Douglass
Councilman Todd Smith
Councilman Bobby Baker
Councilman Peter Staks
City Manager Tom Hart
City Secretary Susan Crim
Attorneys present included:
Eliot Cutler, Cutler & Stanfield
Peter Kirsch, Cutler & Stanfield
Paul Wieneskie, Cribbs & McFarland
Robert Power, Power & Deatherage
't` Mayor Samuels called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. Councilman
Douglass moved to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss pending
litigation as authorized by V.T.C.S. Art. 6252-17, Sec. 2 (e) . The
motion was seconded by Councilman Smith and carried by unanimous vote.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session, Councilman Baker moved to
adjourn. The motion was seconded by Councilman Staks, and Mayor Samuels
declared the meeting adjourned.
