A budget work session was held on Thursday, May 21, 1992, at 3:00 p.m.
in the Administration Building, Euless City Hall, 201 North Ector
Drive, Euless, Texas, to discuss the proposed budget for fiscal year,
1992-1993.
Those attending included:
Mayor Harold Samuels, Mayor Pro Tem Mary Lib Saleh, Council Members
Frank Douglass, Todd Smith, Bobby Baker, Peter Staks and Henry
Boatright; City Manager Tom Hart; Assistant City Manager Kay Godbey;
K. B. Fuller, Chief of Police; Lee Koontz, Fire Chief; Byron Fry,
Assistant Fire Chief; Paul Kruckemeyer, City Engineer; Debra Forte',
Director of Fiscal and Human Resources; Randy Byers, Director of
Public Works; John Craig, Director of Development; Rick Herold,
Director of Community Services; Betty Yarbrough, Library Manager;
Julia Wakeley, Recreation Manager; Tom Cox, Director of Economic
Development/Administrative Services; Modesto Mundo, Administrative
Assistant; Cathy DiMaggio, Assistant to the City Secretary.
Each director gave an overview of their proposed budget for fiscal
year 1992-1993 and included forecasts for the next two fiscal years.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
