EULESS CITY COUNCIL
MAY 7, 1993
CALL TO ORDER
A special called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor
Harold Samuels at 12:00 Noon on Friday, May 7, 1993, in the downstairs
Administration Building Conference Room. Those present included Mayor Harold
Samuels, Mayor Pro Tem Mary Lib Saleh and Council Members Todd Smith, Bobby
Baker, Peter Staks and Henry Boatright. Councilman Frank Douglass was not
present. Staff Members present included City Manager Tom Hart, Assistant City
Manager Kay Godbey, and City Secretary Susan Crim.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 93-813
Councilman Baker moved to approve Resolution No. 93-813 canvassing the General
City Officer Election held on May 1 , 1993, with results as follows:

Councilman Staks seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Smith, Baker, Staks and Boatright
Mayor Pro Tem Saleh and Mayor Samuels
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion carried.

APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 93-815
Councilman Boatright moved to approve Resolution No. 93-815 ordering a runoff
election to be held on June 5, 1993, or the date of the senatorial runoff, if
earlier.
Mayor Pro Tem Saleh seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Smith, Baker, Staks and Boatright
Mayor Pro Tem Saleh and Mayor Samuels
Nays: None
Mayor Samuels declared the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
As there was no further business before the City Council , the meeting was
adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
