NOVEMBER 8, 1993
CALL TO ORDER
A special meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Mary
Lib Saleh at 5:50 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 1993, in the downstairs
Administration Building Conference Room. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib
Saleh, Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Baker, Council Members Frank Douglass, Todd Smith,
Charles Miller and Henry Boatright.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 93-830
Councilman Douglass moved to approve Resolution No. 93-830 canvassing returns and
declaring results of the November 2, 1993 Special City Officer Election as
follows:

Glenn D. Walker 994
Janice Griffin 119
Bill Williams 63
Larry Barthel 244
TOTAL VOTES CAST: 2,041
Mayor Pro Tem Baker seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Douglass, Smith, Miller and Boatright
Mayor Pro Tem Baker and Mayor Saleh
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 93-831
Mayor Pro Tem Baker moved to approve Resolution No. 93-831, calling a runoff
election for December 4, 1993, to fill the position of Council Member, Place
Five, and appointing election judges.
Councilman Smith seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Douglass, Smith, Miller and Boatright
Mayor Pro Tem Baker and Mayor Saleh
Nays: None
iron Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.

�.. City Secretary Susan Crim distributed the agenda for the November 11, 1993 City
Council Worksession and reminded them of the Boards and Commissions Appreciation
Dinner on Monday, November 15.
Mayor Saleh gave a brief report on the TML Annual Conference held in San Antonio
on November 3 through November 6, 1993.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
