EULESS CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 2, 1994
The members of the Euless City Council held a worksession in
Conference Room B of Building A, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless,
Texas on Tuesday, August 2, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. to review the
requests for proposals of a mall feasibility study and a golf
course feasibility study.
Those attending included:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Councilman Todd Smith
Councilman Charles Miller
Councilman Glenn Walker
Councilman Henry Boatright
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
City Secretary Susan Crim
Director of Community Services Rick Herold
Director of Administrative Services/Economic Development Tom Cox
Economic Development Projects Manager Ogden "Bo" Bass
Mike Mosier, realtor
Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Baker and Councilman Frank Douglass were not
present.
Tom Cox distributed the requests for proposals for a mall
feasibility study that were received. He stated that the
proposal from Hammer Siler George Associates was the one with
which he intended to proceed. He planned to contact Bennett
Consolidated for a commitment from them to pay the cost of the
feasibility study.
Rick Herold distributed four requests for proposals for a golf
course feasibility study and indicated he planned to have Al
Bechtel of Golf Investment Advisors, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
do the study.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
