PUBLIC MEETING FOR DISCUSSION OF
PROPOSED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT
NOVEMBER 10, 1994
The members of the Euless City Council held a public meeting in the
conference room of Building A, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas,
at 5:00 p.m. on November 10, 1994, for the discussion of a Tax
Increment Financing District being proposed for the development of
the Bear Creek Fashion Mall .
City Manager Tom Hart explained the benefits to be gained by the
taxing entities who are being asked to participate (City of Euless,
Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District, Tarrant County,
Tarrant County Junior College, and the Tarrant County Hospital
District) .
