EULESS CITY COUNCIL
AND THE HURST-EULESS-BEDFORD ISD BOARD
The following members of the Euless City Council and city officials were present at the
Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD Board Meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 1995 for
a presentation of a proposed Tax Increment Finance District:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Council Member Henry Boatright
Council Member Charles Miller
Council Member Todd Smith
City Manager Tom Hart
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
Economic Development Director Tom Cox
City Secretary Susan Crim
Also present were:
Ed Esquivel, Fulbright & Jaworski, Bond Counsel
Boyd London, First Southwest Co., Financial Advisor
Carlos Lopez, David Dean & Associates
Open discussion was held between School Board Members and City of Euless Council
Members and staff regarding a proposed Tax Increment Finance District. No official action
was taken.
The presentation ended at 5:20 p.m.
