Mid-Winter Planning Worksession
January 20-21, 1995
Members of the Euless City Council held a mid-winter planning worksession on Friday,
January 20, and Saturday, January 21, 1995, in the Conference Room of Building A in
the municipal complex, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas.
Those in attendance included:

The worksession meetings were convened at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, January 20, and
adjourned at 10:00 p.m; and at 8:10 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, and adjourned at
4:00 p.m.
Topics of discussion included: Tax Increment Finance District; Half cent sales tax;
Western Hills Inn; Fuller House restoration; CWD and Laidlaw update; Budget update
for Fiscal Year 1994-1995; Highway project update; DFW Airport legal review; and City
Council travel schedule and calendaring.
