Capital Improvements Program Worksession
February 18, 1995
Members of the Euless City Council held a Capital Improvements Program Worksession
on Saturday, February 18,1995, in the Conference Room of Building A of the municipal
complex, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless, Texas.
Those in attendance included:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Council Member Frank Douglass
Council Member Todd Smith
Council Member Charlie Miller
Council Member Glenn Walker
Council Member Henry Boatright
City Manager Tom Hart
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
City Secretary Susan Crim
Director of Development and Public Works Randy Byers
City Engineer Paul Kruckemeyer
Assistant City Engineer Andrea Baxter
Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Baker was not present.
The worksession was called to order at 8:20 a.m. and the participants boarded a bus to
tour the city and view areas relative to the Capital Improvements Program. The group
returned to the municipal complex at 10:45 a.m. and reviewed the projects outlined in
the Capital Improvements Workbook.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 Noon.
