EULESS CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 9, 1995
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called Meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor Mary Lib
Saleh at 10:40 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 1995, in the downstairs Administration Building
Conference Room. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Council Members Frank
Douglass and Glenn Walker and City Secretary Susan Crim.
APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 95-898
Council Member Walker moved to approved Resolution No. 95-898, canvassing the returns
and declaring the results of the runoff election held June 3, 1995 as follows:

Leon Hogg 443
*" TOTAL VOTERS: 959
Council Member Douglass seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Douglass and Walker, Mayor Saleh
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
(NOTE: H.B. 75, passed by the 73rd Texas Legislature, amends Section 67.004 of the
Texas Election Code to provide that, . . . "Two members of the authority constitute a
quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.")
ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 10:41 a.m.
