Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tern Bobby Baker and Council Members Charles Miller, Carl Tyson and Glenn Walker, and City Secretary Susan Crim. Council Member Todd Smith was absent. The meeting was convened into closed session at 11:21 a.m. to discuss personnel as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.
