CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION
Monday, November 27, 1995
Members of the Euless City Council met with the Board Members of the Hurst-Euless-
Bedford Independent School District on Monday, November 27, 1995 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Conference Room of Building A of the Municipal Complex, 201 North Ector Drive, Euless
Texas.
Euless officials attending included:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Mayor Pro Tern Bobby Baker
Council Member Carl Tyson
Council Member Todd Smith
Council Member Charlie Miller
Council Member Katie Edwards
City Manager Tom Hart
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
City Attorney Bob McFarland
City Secretary Susan Crim
Director of Finance Diana Ortiz
Director of Administrative Services and Economic Development Torn Cox
Council Member Glenn Walker was not present.
The two groups discussed:
The proposed mall project.
Two agreements between the school district and the city related to the school
district's participation in the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District and a
law enforcement agreement.
Legislative issues pertaining to the TIF District as they affect the school district.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
