NNW Comprehensive Land Plan and
Unified Development Code Worksession
Tuesday, November 19, 1996
Members of the Euless City Council held a worksession on Tuesday, November 19,
1996, in the Conference Room of Building A in the municipal complex, 201 North Ector
Drive, Euless, Texas, for discussion of a Comprehensive Land Plan and the Unified
Development Code.
Those in attendance included:
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh
Mayor Pro Tern Bobby Baker
Council Member Carl Tyson
Council Member Leon Hogg
Council Member Charlie Miller
Council Member Glenn Walker
Council Member Katie Edwards
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig
City Secretary Susan Crim
Director of Development Bo Bass
City Engineer Paul Kruckemeyer
Director of Development Bo Bass reported that the Comprehensive Land Plan had last
been revised in 1993 and is now being considered for another revision.
Recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Commission were presented to the
City Council. Various parts of the City were considered in detailed discussion with the
suggestions to be incorporated in the proposed changes and brought back to the City
Council Members in the near future.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
