The Town Hall Meeting was called to order by Police Chief Gary McKamie at 7:10 P.M.

and Carl Tyson; Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig; Police Chief Gary McKamie; Fire Chief Lee
Koontz; Community Services Director Rick Herold; City Engineer Paul Kruckemeyer; Director
of Public Works Randy Byers; Police Captain Rodney Davis; and Development Services Manager
Kevin Mercer.
