May 6, 1997
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order by Mayor
Mary Lib Saleh at 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 1997, in the downstairs
conference room of the Administration Building. Those present included Mayor
Mary Lib Saleh, Council Members Leon Hogg and Charlie Miller.
Staff Members Present
Assistant City Manager Joe Hennig and City Secretary Susan Crim.
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 97-974 CANVASSING THE
MAY 3, 1997, CITY COUNCIL ELECTION
__ Council Member Leon Hogg motioned to approve Resolution No. 97-974,
canvassing the results of the May 3, 1997, General City Officer Election as
follows:
PLACE 5 Glenn Walker 293
Don Suges 64
PLACE 6 Katie Edwards 303
TOTAL VOTERS: 358
Council Member Charlie Miller seconded the motion.
Ayes: Mayor Saleh, Council Members Leon Hogg and Charlie Miller
Nays: None
Mayor Saleh declared the motion carried.
