Police Chief Gary McKamie called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.

Tyson and Leon Hogg, City Manager Tom Hart, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, City Engineer Paul
Kruckemeyer, Public Works Director Randy Byers, Director of Planning & Development Bo
Bass, Police Captain Rodney Davis, and Parks and Leisure Services Manager Julia Wakeley.
