CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Gary McKamie called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
PANEL
The panel for the Lakewood Elementary School Town Hall discussion included Mayor
Mary Lib Saleh, Council Member Carl Tyson, City Manager Tom Hart, Director of
Community Services Rick Herold, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, City Planner Carol Griffith,
Public Works Director Randy Byers, and Police Captain Harland Westmoreland.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Other staff members present included Police Captains Bob Freeman and Joey
Ziemian, Lieutenant Steve Eskew, Sergeant Danny Neill, Corporal Eric Starnes with
Police Dog Eros, Sergeant Mike Brown, Community Relations Officer Gary Kopecky,
Lieutenant Steve Kockos, Patrol Officer James Gordon, Police Investigator Carl
Swindell and Fire Marshal Mike Logan.
