EULESS CITY COUNCIL
October 6, 1998
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called Meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 10:20 a.m. on
Tuesday, October 6, 1998, at 201 N. Ector Drive, Euless, Texas. Those present included
Council Members Carl Tyson, Leon Hogg, and City Secretary Susan Crim.
Pursuant to Section 67.004 of the Texas Election Code, two members of the governing
body constitute a quorum for purposes of canvassing an election.
CONSIDER APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 98-1003
Council Member Tyson motioned to approve Resolution No. 98-1003, considering all
matters incident and related to the canvassing of returns and declaring the results of a
bond election held October 3, 1998.
The proposition and vote count are as follows:
"The issuance of $13,500,000 general obligation bonds for street improvements
to include Main Street, Harwood Road and West Pipeline Road."

Against 153
Council Member Hogg seconded the motion.
Ayes: Council Members Tyson and Hogg
Nays: None
ADJOURN
The special meeting was adjourned at 10:22 a.m.
