EULESS CITY COUNCIL
November 17, 1998
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Called Meeting of the Euless City Council was called to order at 6:15 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 17, 1998, at the Texas Star Conference Centre, 1400 Texas Star
Parkway, Euless, Texas. Those present included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Mayor Pro Tem
Charlie Miller, Council Members Carl Tyson, Leon Hogg, Bobby Baker, Glenn Walker and
Katie Edwards, and City Manager Tom Hart, Deputy City Manager Joe Hennig, City
Secretary Susan Crim, Del Bennett of Bennett Properties and James Czech, of Urban
Retail Properties Company.
The City Council met for dinner prior to meeting in closed session for the discussion of real
property, as authorized by Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.
The closed session was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
ADJOURN
The special meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
