CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Gary McKamie called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

The panel for the Lakewood Elementary Town Hall meeting included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh,
Council Member Carl Tyson, City Manager Tom Hart, Police Chief Gary McKamie, Public Works
Director Randy Byers, Director of Planning & Development Bo Bass, Director of Community
Services Rick Herold, Assistant Public Works Director Andrea Baxter, Fire Marshal Mike Logan,
and Police Captain Joey Ziemian.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Police Captain Bob Freeman, Police Captain Harland Westmoreland, Police Lt. Steve Eskew,
Police Sgt. John Williams, Police Sgt. Mike Brown, Police Sgt. Danny Neil, Community Relations
Officer Gary Kopecky, Police Investigator Carl Swindell, Police Officer Eric Starnes and his police
dog Eros, Police Officer Randy Burns, Police OfficerJames Gordon,Volunteer Coordinator Diane
