CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Gary McKamie called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
PANEL
The panel for the Wilshire Elementary Town Hall meeting included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh,Council
Member Carl Tyson, City Manager Tom Hart, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Public Works Director
Randy Byers, Director of Planning & Development Bo Bass, Leisure Services Manager Julia
Wakeley, and Police Captain Bob Freeman.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Police Chief Gary McKamie, Police Captain Harland Westmoreland, Police Lt. Steve Eskew,
Police Sgt. Mike Brown, Police Sgt. Danny Neil, Police Corporal Pam Byers, Police Corporal Joe
Hearth, Deputy Fire Chief Don Wilson, Battalion Chief Scott Parsley, Fire Marshal Mike Logan,
Personnel Secretary Anniece McKanna, and City Secretary Susan Crim.
