CALL TO ORDER
Deputy City Manger Gary McKamie called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
PANEL
The panel for the Central Junior High Town Hall meeting included Mayor Mary Lib Saleh,
Council Member Katie Edwards, City Manager Joe Hennig, Director of Community Services
Rick Herold, Director of Planning and Development Bo Bass, Police Captain Bob Freeman, Fire
Department Battalion Chief Scott Parsley, and Assistant Director of Public Works Ron Young.

Council Member Glenn Porterfield, Police Chief Leonard Carmack, Captains Joey Ziemian and
Harland Westmoreland, Police Sergeants Mike Brown and Danny Neill, Corporals Joe Hoerth,
and Tony Burnett, Detective Don Scott, Director of Economic Development Andrea Baxter, Fire
Chief Lee Koontz, Fire Marshall Mike Logan, Fire Prevention Officer Franchot Thomas, and
Director of Public Works Randy Byers.
