CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

The panel for the Wilshire Elementary Town Hall discussion included Mayor Pro Tern Miller,
Council Member Baker, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Assistant Director of Public
Works Ron Young, Development Services Manager Kevin Mercer, Police Captain Joey
Ziemian, and Director of Community Services Rick Herold, Fire Marshal Michael Logan.
