CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

The panel for the Lakewood Elementary School Town Hall meeting included Council Members
Carl Tyson and Glenn Porterfield, City Manager Joe Hennig, Police Captain Joey Ziemian,
Assistant Fire Chief Don Wilson, Assistant Director of Public Works Ron Young, Planning
Services Manager Carol Griffith and Texas Star Golf Course Superintendent Jon Snider.
OTHER STAFF AND COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT
Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Police Captains Harland
Westmoreland and Bob Freeman, Director of Public Works Randy Byers, Fire Chief Lee Koontz,
