CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

The panel for the Lakewood Elementary School Town Hall meeting included Mayor Pro Tern
Leon Hogg, Council Member Carl Tyson, City Manager Joe Hennig, Assistant Police Chief Bob
Freeman , Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Director of Parks and Community Services Rick Herold,
Assistant Director of Public Works Ron Young, Building Official Kurt Kasson.
