Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Council Member Glenn Porterfield, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Director of Public
Works Randy Byers, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Police Captain Harland Westmoreland,
Building Official Supervisor Kurt Kasson, Library Administrator JoAnn Rogers.
