CALL TO ORDER
Police Chief Leonard Carmack called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

The panel for the South Euless Elementary Town Hall discussion included Council Member
Bobby Baker, Council Member Charlie Miller, Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie, Director
of Planning and Development Mike Collins, Fire Chief Lee Koontz, Assistant Police Chief
Bob Freeman, Assistant Public Works Director Ron Young, Library Administrator JoAnn
Rogers, and Community Services Director Rick Herold.
