Mayor Saleh called the work session to order at 8:40 a.m. at the Texas Star
Conference Center in Euless, Texas.
Those present included:

City Manager Joe Hennig

Director of Fiscal and Administrative Services Loretta Getchell
City Secretary Susan Crim
Planning and Development Director Mike Collins
Police Chief Leonard Carmack
Director of Parks and Community Services Rick Herold
Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway
Director of Public Works Randy Byers
Assistant Director of Public Works Ron Young
The people attending the work session took a bus tour of city sites and projects that
included:
Parks maintenance building and greenhouse
Parks at Texas Star
Police station
Bob Eden Park and Mid Cities Boulevard construction project
Fairfield Development
Harrington property and Heritage Road
Target site and Glade Road
Creek erosion by amphitheater
Harwood Road project
Main Street project
West Pipeline Road project
After the tour, other topics of discussion included:
New DFW land use plan and Grapevine legislative issue
HEBISD resource officers
