HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-06-11 (Budget Worksession) BUDGET WORKSESSION OF THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL June 11, 2001 A budget worksession of the Euless City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11, 2001 in the conference room of the Administration Building, 201 North Ector Drive. Mayor Mary Lib Saleh was not present. Those attending included: Mayor Pro Tern Carl Tyson Council Member Leon Hogg Council Member Bob Edwards Council Member Charlie Miller Council Member Glenn Porterfield Council Member Veva Lou Massey City Manager Joe Hennig Deputy City Manager Gary McKamie City Secretary Susan Crim Director of Fiscal and Administrative Services Loretta Getchell Fire Chief Lee Koontz Director of Planning and Development Mike Collins Director of Economic Development Bill Ridgway Director of Parks and Community Services Rick Herold Police Chief Leonard Carmack Director of Public Works Randy Byers City Engineer Ron Young Communications & Marketing Manager Lori DeLaCruz Finance Administrator Vickie Rodriquez Community Services Finance Manager Gary Yakesch Police Captain Harland Westmoreland Fleet and Facilities Superintendent Kyle McAdams Information Services Manager Danny McLain Deputy Fire Chief Don Wilson Fire Battalion Chief Jeff Morris Alex Horton City Manager Joe Hennig reviewed the schedule for completing the budget planning in preparation for the Council's review in August. He introduced the staff members who in turn discussed their proposed budgets including their immediate needs and long-term requirements.
